PIONEER TOOL & DIE COMPANY
Our collaboration with Pioneer Tool & Die Company which operates within the same premises as us gives us the advantage of an "in-house" tool room.
PTD designs and manufactures precision high speed progressive steel and carbide dies. Our dies have integrated blanking, stacking, skewing and indexing for producing all types of magnetic lamination stacks.
Special purpose machines are also manufactured in collaboration with PTD.
3D Design
We use parametric 3D design solutions from Solidworks.
